More stuff.

Hello,
Been a while, thought I swing by my old place and post something. Haven't forgotten about this place :)
A new creature I recently finished. Adobe Illustrator. Probably some kind of a flying creature.

Street Fighter them. Funny colorful theme. Adobe Illustrator.
Another character done, the original idea was for an art test I did a couple of years back, decided to go back and refine and finish it.

Biking adventures.

So far, Jenn and I have logged about 82 miles. hopefully we ll get about 500+ by the end of the year. quite a work out our last trip was, as we struggle though Mcdowell mountain. It was an amazing day never the less.

Happy 2011

Started this last week, it is a case for Colin's tube amplifier, so far I love airbrush more then ever , wonder why I didn't start sooner, oh wait. like all art supplies, prices are always a big conflict with my wallet. damn art supplies.
This one, after sometime we finally got it all done, so far I think it turned out pretty good, wish i could do more stuff like this
This one I really enjoy doing, probably as complex as the predator. We are about .75% done. can't wait to finish it. ")

airbrush fun

My first official air brush on wall, very large, probably 4x4? fun time, spent probably 5 to 6 hrs on it, slow but studily getting better!
2nd Wall, next to Mister Clown, fun time! quick and fast. I spent several hours on it, still got quite a bit to do , but speed increased dramatically. our goal is to fill up the entire wall.

3M stencil

under side view of led
minor wrapped.
sometime the led do not sit in properly(due to wrapped) and just need a bit of weight to help keep it down,(usually I just keep my box of Spirit paper on there) other wise the on trigger will not be depressed down far enough, and the machine will not come on.
I'm pretty sure you can epoxy the knob back on if you really want it to. Obviously ones it is set you won't need to mess with the knob really.
sometime it leave this random texture pattern if you do not cut the paper to the exact size of the stencil paper. I'm thinking using the protective plastic sheet would reslove this issue? other wise works great for me.

Some time (rarely) it leave little black dots, look near waves and flower, other wise works great.
I printed out the drawing on to an 8.5x11 paper and used a 14x8.5 stencil paper, that is why you see that weird cut off at the top of the stencil.
stencil paper before fliping over.
a bit dusty.
