this one i am done with. It took a while but it turned out pretty sweet. learned many new tricks with pen that i can apply to pencils as well.
This one I am retouching up, the old drawing was created about 3 years ago. I used mechanical pencils size, .5 and .9 for this one.
just for kicks, i decided to go back and refine an old drawing. i wanted to finish her. yes she's an anime character. she's an old character I created a long long time ago, back in High school, lol, even got her Name picked out :) . I do like switch things up a bit. :) dont want to get stuck with just drawing one style. The digital camera sure come in handy, but it does distort the image quite a bit, i didn't quite lay it flat against the surface. I ll get this don tomorrow night. I can now draw super fast.
this rocks are a real pain to do. :( almost there but doing rocks isn't quite as satisfying as the rest of the piece.
This one is getting there. I took this image with my camera and really like the old paper feel to the piece, next time i ll draw on paper like that. Its a change from my usual paper, may give me a chance to see forms differently, i was thinking of coloring an entire white sheet of paper with Prisma color marker and go from there. My desire to see my drawing in colors are increasing , drawing in black and white are fun but i it could be so much more funner with colors :) I may turn this into an oil painting or digital painting. this week i'm getting started on my Oil paintnig for sure, been saying i would for the past weeks.I shall hope sincerely, that you will never deceive me.

Most of the things in it feels as if some one actually
took the time to write it, maybe i take chances, never
know what will happen till i try. give me a chance to
get out of the country and see the world a bit. Maybe
i won't need to come back. My mom's husband worked
there for 7 years and told me many fascinating
stories about their cultures. I think i m going to
start learning Basic Russian.
She's a handful....actually she isn't really my type. :P
But she is, her name is Tatyana, I wonder why she stop writing me ..Was hoping to fly over sea to go see her. I think i will follow my parents advices, if you want a royal woman who will love you for the rest of your life, go to other country. My life is so plan right now, but thats the way i like it. do my own thing save up some money, stay focus and just say fuck everything else then just pick up and go. . ... That might give me something to work toward, heck i ll even move there to live with her for a while, just to make sure it isn't gona be another one of those fake bull shit love...haha, crazy talk, but i can dream.
This sketch drawing turned out alot better then i had hoped for, Things are moving along quite nicely for ones, I started my apprenticeship last week but it is quite a bit of a drive, its down in Chandler. (perhaps that $50 an hour will persuade me to keep going, but that will take a few months) I may switch to a closer one. Starting an oil painting tomorrow. Tomorrow Michael and I are going to ...job site location photographing, i think he scored a few job today, and i maybe doing some architecture rendering digitally; draw it out and then color it with painter or photoshop to give it water color look.
guess i ll just ask the model next time i'm at life drawing. this one is a two page spread, still tryign to figure outwhat to put on the right page. it will be 20x14" pretty good size. this one is full of messes.
So far so good, This is some random sketch I did today, I really do need a life model for this post, I ll ask around and see if any girls want to post for me, lol, not neceassary naked, although it couldn't hurt, ( this is when a girl friend would come in handy ) drawing with pen isn't easy for sure.. As of right now, i have been accepted to 3 different shop. there's one opening up soon and is very impressed with my work, from the sound of it i think he will get me up and running on the machine really fast. where as the shop i am currently at the moment said that it ll be a few months before they allowes me to get on. i have new sketches on my site if anyone is insterested in seeing.
now to work on the background, still thinking of what i should put back there.Hi Chatree,
Yes, you could say I have perfected the art of "hanging out". You and Mike were probably asking yourselves "Who is this guy and why is he just hanging out here?"
Anyway, it's my way of having fun. You're an amazing artist and it was great just sitting around watching people get off on your drawings.
I know you got tons and tons of names and I hope you're following up on them, especially that guy Tony at the end. He seemed really to be a good link.
I know you're saying you don't want to sell your stuff, it's just for fun. Well hell, why not have fun making a living!!

Yes, Chatree, I did enjoy seeing your work, as well as that of other artists. I remember this guy who made guitars, another who did these extraordinary ceramic sculptures, another blew his own glass works, and another made these wonderful decorated boxes. Had a lot of fun. But your work rates very high, very detailed and very imaginative. Of the hundreds of artists who displayed, you and this one other guy were my two favorites.
