something i sketched out last night at work,.. there's somethign about the form i m still not please with . oh well. the hair could use more work. but it was just for fun, probably took about 3 hours or so. did it with some officemax pen.

my co work really liked this drawing and said that i could tattoo it on his back. i can't wait, i did this drawing back in September of last year, the second one to the right was done today, i haven't drawn with pen in a long while.

more sweet snakes

this time as it tries to attack me, i killed it by grabbing its throat and ripping out its ..neck part. it was a huge snake with a body circumference as large as my.

in the dream, my sister and i was walking though a pond, as she was crossing this shallow muddy water part i saw this squadie looking shap moving slowly toward her, . i quickly realized what it was
for those new to this topic, i have been dreaming about snake on and off most of my life, and if i remember correctly, this was actually the first time i actually managed to kill it.

color blind

shit, it will take a while to hammer colors in to my brain. a never ending process of seaching and learning. i think i ve found a good technique, but it ll take a few dozen try to get it in to my brain.

trying colors for ones, this time i try not to use too much color at ones, but get the basic colors down before i get in too far.

what a great week so far

When it rains, it pours, and sometimes you get hit by lightning too which will really ruin your day. Since very late last year... luckily none of the above has happened yet this year. my official first day at the shop was Wends, it went great so far. every one is so cool, i will set up some time for friends to come in and i can start doing tattoos as early asnext week . i ll keep who ever you are posted. thanks for droping by.

a No go

unfortunately we couldn't come up with an agreement on the contract so they decided to go in a different path. i could use the change, but at the same time i have to learn not to sale my sale for less ....i think thats how the saying goes. oh well, next time,
i d been working on a few new drawings, haven't had the chance to post it as of late, i recently moved and the internet finally works, this week i start my apprenticeship at the tattoo shop. it ll be fun, i work from wends to saturday.

dealing with contracts

right to conveyed, contractor warrants that the work will consist of original images created expressly for publisher, contractor transfers to publisher, in perpetuity , all right, title and interest in the work, includign , with out limitation, all trademakr rights, copyrights, patent or other intellectural property rights, any ancillary rights arising there from , and all other rights of whatsoever natural and kind therein, and the right to grant these rights or any parot of them to third parties, publiher shall have sole right to reproduce, distribute, display, use, license , transfer or other wise exploit the work in any manner what so ever in any media throughout the world.

that was part of the contract, of course i didn't sign it. who the hell would, at least not for the price they ve offered me. i m not welling to give up my rights to my illustrations for that. i told them that i will license the drawing. that reminds me because last week the lady i spoke to told me that they just wanted to license it, and now they want all the rights to it. maybe for 300 i am will to do a sale out. Allied Health is the company. coming up with contract terms isn't exactly easy "( . at the same time i just want to get it going , maybe i ll just take the bait, ..and regreat it later. but then at the same time, knowign that they could do anything they desire with the drawings make me feels ....not sure what the words. .....maybe i just not do it.
