dealing with contracts

right to conveyed, contractor warrants that the work will consist of original images created expressly for publisher, contractor transfers to publisher, in perpetuity , all right, title and interest in the work, includign , with out limitation, all trademakr rights, copyrights, patent or other intellectural property rights, any ancillary rights arising there from , and all other rights of whatsoever natural and kind therein, and the right to grant these rights or any parot of them to third parties, publiher shall have sole right to reproduce, distribute, display, use, license , transfer or other wise exploit the work in any manner what so ever in any media throughout the world.

that was part of the contract, of course i didn't sign it. who the hell would, at least not for the price they ve offered me. i m not welling to give up my rights to my illustrations for that. i told them that i will license the drawing. that reminds me because last week the lady i spoke to told me that they just wanted to license it, and now they want all the rights to it. maybe for 300 i am will to do a sale out. Allied Health is the company. coming up with contract terms isn't exactly easy "( . at the same time i just want to get it going , maybe i ll just take the bait, ..and regreat it later. but then at the same time, knowign that they could do anything they desire with the drawings make me feels ....not sure what the words. .....maybe i just not do it.
