The best way to check if you re forms are working out is to turn your drawing in to gray scale. looks at it I think it's looking better and better for sure. the key thing is if you can make it looks really good in gray scale, when you add colors it ll look even better.I really like the idea of painting in gray scale fist then use a color layer but it does require twice the work but it does make it easier....in a sense. this way you learn to study forms and colors . ps, it does looks a bit darker when doing it that way, I saw there was a way to fix it will keep posting as i learn.

Initially you look at the painting and you wonder what is this a painting of? Well here's the interpretation. While undergoing tremendous thought and allowing the mind to release the feelings held back by the soul; a thought of deep care and concern reveals itself. Some would say heartbreak and others a depiction of love. I'd have to say that it's more than that. The artist here is portraying a connection of love between a male and a female. The leaves at the bottom start the shape of a heart as it rounds upward and completes the shape with the heads of the two individuals. The wound reflects pain that has been dealt upon two people and the flow of blood resembles the current pain and frustration still in the process of healing. The one on the left seems to still be yearning for the other, while the other is in a state of confusion; fearing that if he were to take her hand, that the old pain would come back, but he remains in the picture because in his current state he is unable to breathe, because with her the air was the most purest he has ever breathed. The only problem to their delema is that one refuses to communicate leaving him in doubt of all of his feelings.
heh, thanks, good analysis, I should have taken out gender futures. I m not even sure what i was creating when i was drawing it.
yo dawg, the word is features not futures..without the future their can be no progress!! Remember, it's simple, you still haven't quite learned to listen to yourself yet. If you can't hear your own voice, then you'll always be in confusion. Guidance by others can only be influential after you've discovered your own voice.
